Check-in time is 15:00 / 3:00 pm. and check-out time is before 11:00 am.
Check-in and out is done through our app or at our reception desk.
Standard Rate: Cancelations can be made for free for individual bookings, until 48 hours before your arrival date.
Non Refundable rate: No refund available of any kind.
Bookings for 5 rooms or more are considered group bookings. Cancellations of groups can be made for free up to 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any cancellations made after the grace period will be charged for the entirety of the stay booked.
Children sharing a bed with their parents stay for free. Baby cots can be requested up to 24 hours prior to arrival for an additional charge of 5000 ISK.
Children under 18 are not allowed to stay in the hotel without a legal guardian.
Maximum capacity for double/twin rooms is 2 persons. The suite can accommodate 3 persons and the family rooms, 4 persons. This includes children from the age of 6.
As a part of our sustainability policy, daily housekeeping is only done upon request at an additional price, and can be booked through the QR code in each room or through our app.
Guests will not be disturbed in their rooms during their stay unless they have requested housekeeping. However, if reservation is at the checkout date, the housekeeping will enter the room at 12 pm if guests have not checked out.
If a situation arises and the hotel suspects any illegal activities or an emergency in the guest room, the hotel manager has the right to enter the room without prior notice.
The Hotel has the right to refuse to accommodate a guest that exhibits damaging behavior.
If the hotel is overbooked, the hotel is obligated to find a same or better accommodation close by, at the same price, and if more expensive, the hotel is to cover the price difference.
Items in the room are available to purchase through the QR code in the room. If any items are missing, broken or the seal has been opened, the card used at check-in will be charged for the price of those items.
The Greenhouse hotel follows GDPR regulations.
The Greenhouse Hotel is smoke free and guests will be fined 50.000 ISK for smoking.
Breakfast is not included in the rate, but guests can purchase breakfast at the Greenhouse Café from 07:30 a.m. each morning.
